Vegan Fruit Smoothies

You can't go wrong choosing vegan fruit smoothie recipes when you want a mid-day pick-me-up or a pre-/post-workout energy booster. Try a sweet mango smoothie, which is entirely free from dairy and other animal-based ingredients. Simply combine a peach, a banana, a mango, orange juice and soymilk. Alternatively, consider a refreshing melon smoothie consisting of just honeydew melon, lime juice, and a sweetener.

Vegan Weight Loss Smoothies

If shedding pounds is your goal, you've got options when it comes to vegan weight loss smoothie recipes. Consider a low-calorie vegan blackberry thyme smoothie made with almond milk, blackberries, thyme, dates, and spirulina powder. Alternatively, pick the Whole30 green tea vegan smoothie prepared with brewed green tea, honeydew melon, ginger root, and almond milk. Paleo frappe coffee and low-carb avocado chia smoothies are also on the list of vegan weight loss shake ideas.

Strawberry Tofu Smoothie

When you need to nix dairy products, consider tofu and plant-based milk in a yogurt-free strawberry smoothie recipe. Strawberries, tofu, soy or nut milk, orange juice, and honey are on the ingredient list when making this mouthwatering vegan sweet treat.

Tropical Vegan Protein Smoothie

Consider a unique twist on traditional vegan fruit smoothies by choosing a tropical vegan smoothie recipe made with hemp seed protein. Other ingredients in this slightly nutty-flavored drink include coconut water, bananas, pineapple, grated carrot, and raw honey or agave.

Vegan Green Smoothies

What better way to get in your daily dose of essential vitamins and minerals than by choosing several nutritious vegan green smoothie recipes? Ingredient options include arugula, avocado, pears, raspberries, and hemp seeds; baby kale, blueberries, bananas, and flax seeds; kale, flax, banana, and coconut milk; spinach, pineapple, banana, and coconut milk; apple, avocado, and spinach; bananas, collard greens, grapes, and almond milk; kale, apple, banana, lemon juice, and celery; spinach, pineapple, almond milk, and mango; or strawberries with romaine lettuce, bananas, and chia seeds.

You can make just about any smoothie into a delicious vegan treat. Simply replace milk or yogurt with plant-based milk (or yogurt), nut butter, tofu, or water with plant-based protein powder.
